Project :SAVIYNT IGA Transition Phase 2 & 3 

Role:  Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Leading team of Saviynt Developers for IGA Transition Phase2 -3 as a Project Manager.
• Onboarding Business critical applications on Saviynt platform for access Management with ServiceNow Catalogues for Joiner Mover Leaver requests.
• Ensure proper Approval process is developed for all the applications for JML as per requirements.
• Enable Mover recertification for Onboarded applications and UserAccess Review for connected and disconnected applications.
• Responsible for finalizing the scope such as Applications/ Mover Recertification and User Access Recertification.
• Communicate with business units, IT, and security teams to gather requirements and expectations.
• Post scope SOW signoff come up with a Project plan highlighting the Milestones, Resources, Risk and Mitigation plans.
• Assist Team technically during the Application Onboarding Cycle.
• Connecting with Application Owners, ServiceNow Vendors and Testing Vendor team regularly on project status and issues with Weekly status report.
• Prepare SIT Testing plan with resource allocation and updating client on regular basis.
• Provide updates to stakeholders on project progress and any changes.
• Coordinate the technical team during the setup and configuration of Saviynt.

· Leading Forgerock (L1 ,L2,L3) Teams with 25 members from Implementation and BAU Operations.

· Provide technical guidance and expertise on ForgeRock solutions (e.g., Identity Gateway, Access Management, Identity Management).

· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables and develop a comprehensive project plan outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

· Client face from Wipro for all standup calls and progress tracking/ weekly status calls.

· Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.

· Oversee the technical implementation of ForgeRock solution for the onboarded applications and issues reported for the BAU team.
