- Ability to navigate VCAT processes and conflict resolution between parties (landlord /tenant), external dealings and resolution with larger external bodies such as owners' corporations and having sound knowledge of the policies within those entities including the Owners Corporation Act 2006.
- Being a valued team member able to assist others in with complaint handling such as written responses to disputes through VCAT and local council authorities.
- Contributing to a positive work environment with enthusiasm and dedication, always approaching co-workers and managers respectfully and professionally.
- Understanding confidentiality and subject sensitivity within the workplace.
