· Responsible for Talent Management & Employee complete life cycle.
· Preparing Job Description & understand complete profile with stakeholder for closing position within timeline.
· Handling & using various sources for closing position on time by using different platforms like social media, portals, references, and consultants.
· Scrutinize the profiles by taking initial round of interview of candidates.
· Documents check, pre-employment medical & background verification of the candidate before releasing offer letter.
Induction & Onboarding:
· Pre joining process and releasing offer letter by using success factor.
· Inform in advance to different related departments for smooth joining process.
· Prepare and confirm for welcome kit, employee desk & IT asset on the day of joining.
· HR Induction for making new joiner aware about companies’ rules & regulations.
· Taken project to initiate Buddy culture & Meet the masters drive in the organization.
Employee Engagement Activities:
· Prepare yearly employee engagement activities in 4 different parts.
· Sports, Employee wellness, awareness & entertainment.
· Based on yearly calendar arrange employee engagement activities every month.
· Arrange fun Fridays of all the plants in different months.
Learning & Development:
· Prepare skill matrix for workmen category and competency mapping.
· On the basis of skill matrix and competency mapping prepare the training need identification.
· After preparing training need identification prepare yearly training calendar for staff and workmen level.
· On the basis of Yearly training calendar prepare monthly training calendar and on the basis of monthly training calendar organize and arrange the technical and soft skills training on workmen and staff category.
· Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
· Assesses training materials prepared by instructors.
Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
Recruitment & Selection :
· Preparation of Job Description as per the manpower requisition form .
· Source right candidate as per the requirement from various sources like naukri portal, linkedin, consultant or internal references.
· Initial telephonic round of interview candidate and forward to the hiring manager if profile found ok.
· After technical round of interview start for document verification and salary negotiation.
· After background verification and pre-employment medical checkup release candidate’s offer letter.
Induction & Onboarding:
· Make awareness of company’s rules, regulations and policies by giving Induction to new entrant.
· After induction give a joining kit to new entrant and do the new joiner announcement.
· Make induction schedule of new joiner for different departments and co-ordinate the same.
· Release and provide appointment letter to new entrant on the day of joining.
Probation & Confirmation:
· As per policy perform probation confirmation process for workmen & staff level.
· Review & counseling of workmen & staff about their performance.
· Release confirmation letter on the day of confirmation.
Learning & Development:
· Prepare skill matrix for workmen category and competency mapping.
