• Led an 8-member development team for the Asset Servicing platform for Prime Brokerage clients. Oversaw team management, performance evaluations, and participated in the yearly project budgeting process. Developed new event management and regulatory interface systems.
• SCPP US Clearance Team
• Led a 6-member development team for the Options and Free Deliveries areas of the SCPP US Clearance Project. Facilitated communication with stakeholders and contributed to migration project discussions.

C1000 Retail Project
Lead a 12-member development team overseeing the supply chain platform for C1000 Retail chain. Translated business objectives into platform requirements, conducted use case analysis, and ensured seamless implementation of technical specifications. Mentored new team members, conducted performance reviews, and addressed performance issues.

BEC Banking Project
Directed a team of five in solution design and automation tool development using stub testing methodology. Managed stakeholder communication, participated in quality processes, and ensured project goals alignment.

Schering Plough Project & Telstra Project
Provided technical guidance, monitored applications, and resolved production issues within SLA. Designed and developed application interfaces for improved functionality and integration. Received recognition awards for outstanding contributions to project success.
