• Onboarding Large Format Organized Retailers across India for Paytm (Digital Payment business) PAN India. Work on enabling Paytm wallet as a payment tender at merchant stores.
• End-End account management:
• On-boarding merchants in Organized trade for wallet integration.
• Drive value and volume of transactions through Paytm wallet across merchant stores.
• Build relationships and engage with CEOs, Marketing heads to strategize marketing efforts for merchants and drive footfalls at merchants' stores.
• New business generation (leads and conversion)
• Regular Training of cashiers for Paytm’s acceptability.
• Managing a portfolio of 50 Key Accounts: Bata, UCB , Archie’s ,Woodland , PCJ , Globus , Wildcraft , Marks n Spencer ,Colorbar , Uniqlo, BOSE,W and Aurelia are some of the key accounts .
• Campaign management: Design and execute customer and merchant promotions in order to increase Paytm’s business share.
• Closely working with other line of businesses to improvise customer offering and
thereby growing the overall business.
• Drive product related decisions to continuously improve merchant and customer experience
• Planned and managed event launches such as Paytm Festival 12:12, Co funded
Campaigns, EOSS, and Customer Incentive programs.
• Headed Special project: Paytm integration via Pinelab , Multi redemption gift voucher product lead , Headed sessions at brand’s franchise meet for onboarding and issue resolution .
