- Educates patients about possible drug interactions and gives special administration instructions and reviews and monitors the medicine therapy of individual patients, and assesses the effectiveness of the total medicine therapy.
- Maintains appropriate drug records and completes reports as necessary including both schedule H1 as well as narcotic formulations.
