I am a budding Psychotherapist with a strong passion for Counseling and understanding the complexities of the human mind. My journey into Psychology began during my tenure as an Assistant Professor in engineering, where I worked closely with college students and became deeply interested in their emotional and psychological well-being. This experience inspired me to transition into the field of mental health, driven by a desire to support others in a more personal and meaningful way.
Rooted in both academic and personal exploration, I am particularly interested in integrating Indian indigenous psychological principles into therapy. I believe that culturally grounded approaches—drawing from ancient wisdom, yogic philosophy, and reflective practices—can offer profound tools for healing and self-discovery. I aim to blend these with modern therapeutic frameworks to provide holistic, empathetic, and client-centered care.
