CAE validation for Frontal, Side, Rear, Sled, pedestrian & IIHS-RCAR.

Regulation: UNR94, UNR137, UNR95, UNR135, UNR127, UNR21 & pedestrian.

EuroNCAP: FW50, ODB64, MPDB50, POLE32, AEMDB60, pedestrian.

• Supported to Renault global project digital lot CAE crash & safety validation.
• Good experience in ICE, EV and PHEV vehicles.
• Digital lot milestone supported from vehicle pre contract to Prototype testing milestone.
• Check the structural integrity, thermal risk and report the project team to avoid milestone issues.
• Provide the CAE countermeasure solution for NG items.
• Perform the physical testing vs CAE correlation activity to improve the CAE accuracy level and reduce physical test.
• Cost saving ideas proposals to corporate team (PPC & ISCAE)
• Biomechanical injury validation for ECE21, Pole 32/AEMDB Far side performance.
• Physical proto testing vs CAE correlation

PFC lot validation done for upcoming vehicle MPDB correlation.

ECE R21 physical test vs CAE correlation for UTAC requirement.

Physical test vs CAE correlation - POLE45, BMR1100.

• Perform the Full vehicle integration for the various crash performance.
• Debug the model for normal termination to check & report the simulation behavior to project team.
• Analysis of interior trims & evaluate the strength of corresponding touch zones as per the target given.
• Perform dummy positioning, belt routing, establishing contacts & applying load to analyze the BIW, seat structure for the damage on seat & restraint mounting region.

· FE modeling of automotive BIW & plastic components using Hypermesh, Ansa.

· Subsystem modeling of various modules – BIW, Trims, Closure, Engine, Steering, Wheel, etc.
