• Managing the end-to-end Payroll operations for 12 countries (APJ & EMEA) consisting of 17 legal entities along with 5 Payroll SMEs.
• Co-ordinate with internal teams and external stake holders(vendors) for monthly payroll inputs & various other activities.

• Reconciling the GL accounts for each country along with the Payroll SMEs to maintain clean record of our Journals
• Interact with the Global Treasury team for Cash Forecasting, regular fund flow, payment approvals & other banking requests.
• Ensure statutory payments are remitted/filed within the deadlines.
• Year-end process completion & timely issuance of employee forms.
• Query management & coordination for all issues/audits.
• Involve in projects to enhance performance & processes.
• Manage the Global ticketing MIS on payroll queries & monthly Payroll KPI deck for Leadership review.
• Good knowledge on applications such as Workday, ADP Global View (SAP), ADP Streamline, Success Factors, etc
• Supported the US team for the 401K recon. between Fidelity & Payroll records.
• Involved in the Performance review/Annual Salary Revision & Recognition process for the Team.

Project Management – Payroll Transformation

Worked as Implementation lead for multiples countries from APJ, EMEA and AMS region. Dedicatedly managed the US Payroll transition from ADP Global View (SAP) to Vendor platform for 12 to 18 months.
