• Analyze the queries and process the request without any pay defect for various countries (U.S, Canada, U.K, Singapore and Mexico).
The Timekeeper role is a centralized function that will manage time and attendance matters for buildings across the network.
• Working on a trouble ticket of time and attendance issues submitted by buildings or auto-generated from the Time and Attendance System for the Associates working at Amazon, there are some rules and regulations which the Amazonian's need to adhere.
• As the associates are paid based on the number of hours they have worked, we make sure that their attendance (Time Card), punch in and punch out are correctly entered into the system.
• Primary focus will be resolution of incoming time and attendance inquires either from the associates, managers or their Site HRs, with opportunities for other engagement upon completion of centralized responsibilities.
• Respond to document requests including termination agreements, employment verification and reporting requests from HR.
• Match findings with data information in the system for the right outcome.
• Clearing the exceptions for various Sites to process there request without any pay defect.
• Monitor the SLA and Ageing Ticket reports for respective team and help team members address the tickets.
• Communicate to leads and managers about data findings and escalations.

• Handle high volume transactions in alignment with SOPs.
