• As section manager of Toolroom along with other 2 Tooling engineers, had and opportunity to fabricate, machine and assemble all kinds of mechanical Tools, Fixtures, Locators, templates, Tackles to all factories of Caterpillar Thiruvallur with team of 40+ skilled people.

Played an active role as an NPI Manufacturing Engineer in establishing a large mining truck axle assembly line from the ground up, especially in deploying pinpoint workstation monitoring systems, digital gauges, and equipment prove-out.
Responsible for the tactical M.E. job role in taking care of EN changes. Played an active role in transforming the off-highway truck axle assembly line from a stall build to a continuous line, and successfully demonstrated.
