- Driven by a commitment to improving access to quality healthcare in India, played a key role in expanding Ayushman's reach through strategic growth initiatives.

- Managed operations and ensured excellence across a multi-location network

- Spearheaded Educational Initiatives Nationally
- Led a multi-stakeholder partnership with Government Education Departments in 10 Indian states (facilitating first time exclusive MoUs) to implement an innovative Entrepreneurship Mindset Development Curriculum in large number of Schools & Colleges

- Managed Senior State Government stakeholder relationships including Skill & Education Ministers, Chief Secretaries, Skill & Education Secretaries, Department Directors and officers.

- Impacted nearly 2 million students across schools and colleges, fostering critical thinking and business skills for future generations with a positive mindset shift of more than 50% on mindsets like grit and independent decision making.
- Built strategic collaborations with National and International NGOs (Udhyam, Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship, Aflatoun International , ReapBenefit) to deliver large-scale educational programs including Financial Literacy and other developmental courses.

- Trained over 500 senior instructors and principals of various states to become Master trainers.

- Briefly led "Business Blasters Program" (an initiative by Udhyam Learning Foundation) a program aimed to ignite entrepreneurial spirit and equip young viewers with real-world business concepts which followed with a Nationally televised Business Show for students, broadcasted across 7 Indian channels.

- Directed & Anchored a TV Show: ‘I am an Entrepreneur’ an entrepreneurial show for all Government school and Industrial Training Institute students in Victers Edutainment Channel, official state Government tv channel

- Associated with the Education Minister of India and other MLAs for implementing education programs and events (Scale Up Conclave – India’s first fusion conclave being the notable one)

• Led the training of women through this unique initiative to improve the employability of Saudi women in IT roles on both IT and non IT skills
• Trained and inspired 100s of women through various batches empowering and making them job ready through different batches
• Reported the progress to senior management and assisted in placement of the trainees

• Over a period of 6 years, gained experience leading and training at various reputed organizations in Saudi Arabia:

- Directed the overseas study centre of IGNOU, Saudi Arabia.
