• Develop, implement and maintain appropriate clinical guidelines ensuring clinical effectiveness to optimize patient’s care.
• Support and mentor Physiotherapists to develop physiotherapy services to maximize patient care and efficient use of resources.
• Assist in development of, and implement, managerial policies to promote a fair, consistent and safe working environment.
• Liaise with a range of individuals, internal and external to the organization, to ensure effective service delivery.

  Handle complex clinical cases or escalate to appropriate specialists when needed.

  Build referral networks with doctors, hospitals, gyms, sports clubs, and corporates.
