LMS Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather B2B and B2C client requirements and ensure accurate LMS configurations.
• Create and manage course IDs, program bundle IDs, certifications, HTML pages, and course/project/test paper setups (gradable, non-gradable, practice).
• Upload and maintain online self-learning (.mp4 Videos), instructor-led, and SSO-integrated content (IBM, AWS, partner courses) using Amazon S3 and CloudFront.
• Handle supporting content uploads, including reference materials, datasets, and practice files, along with subtitle generation for learning videos.
• Configure Hackerearth test papers, generate lab IDs, and integrate labs and assessments seamlessly within the LMS.
• Manage IBM admin portal updates, assign courses to trainers/employees, and handle course validity extensions as required.

Salesforce Ticket Management :

• Handling the learners and trainers query and suggestions and implementing the same in the LMS.
• Providing the resolutions for the trainers and learners once the issue is fixed in the LMS
• Coordinating with the learner support team for understanding the learners queries and providing the LMS updates and changes made for the course and program.

LMS training for the Clients,internal support team and Instructors:

• Conduct comprehensive LMS walkthroughs for B2B clients.
• Clients include global enterprises such as Dell, IBM, Mphasis, and the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence.
• Coordinate closely with the platform product team to ensure client needs are accurately communicated and implemented.
• Deliver LMS Training for new joiners, functional managers, equipping them with the necessary knowledge of the LMS and internal processes.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions for scrum teams to ensure consistent understanding of platform features, updates, and best practices.

JIRA:

• Set up and manage Jira boards to organize and track project tasks of each sprint and progress effectively.
• Update and maintain story points across sprints to ensure accurate workload distribution and planning.
• Monitor team performance by generating and analyzing velocity reports and sprint metrics.
• Maintain healthy burn-up charts to visualize progress toward sprint and project goals, ensuring alignment with delivery timelines.

Report Generation and Sourcing:

• Generate the reports via jira (which includes the escape defects and issues raised while uploading the content in the LMS)
• Connecting with the lab vendors and understand the requirements and assist the compliance team with the generation of the reports
• Coordinating with the sourcing team for LMS walkthrough and training for the newly onboarded trainers and Subject matter experts.

• Leave Management System & Timesheet: Application that is used to submit timesheet and leave, PHP 7.0, HTML5, CSS, MYSQL, JQuery are the technology used.
• Mandatory Training Module: Application that is used to view the course and attempt the questions, PHP 7.0, HTML5, CSS, MYSQL, JQuery are the technology used.
• Meal Subscription Tool: Employees can subscribe for the meal by selecting year and month, PHP 7.0, HTML5, CSS, MYSQL, JQuery are the technology used.
