- Client communication: Provide services to the client and author's by peer-reviewing the manuscripts, handling the production responsibility and maintaining the inflow and outflow of the manuscripts
- Quality: The correct workflow and style guide has been used with the correct layout and formatting starting from the initial stage pre-editing till article or the issue is published online
- Turnaround Time: To check whether the correct TAT is followed and the files are being sent to the customer on time without any delay
- Schedule adherence: To check the publication month and issue as per the journal workflow
- Allocation: Review the every day's allocation done by GL as per the due dates of the projects and as per the expertise of the persons
- We are working with different levels of the books and allocation needs to be done keeping in mind the required skills of the Desktop's and QC's
- Billing: The complete billing of the projects needs to be maintained and submit to the billing department every month as per the deadline
- Vendor Management: Allocating projects to vendors, resolving queries raised, providing complete input and material, follow up with vendors for the completion of the projects
- Updates: Team needs to be updated on regular basis for the updates and change in process workflow if any.
