• Inspection plan maintenance for all material where inspection result recording after goods receipt and in-house process inspection.
• Master inspection characteristic maintenance in routing for in process inspection and after goods receipts of material.
• Rectification of IDOC error while integrating BOM details from MDO to SAP.

ECC to S4 HANA 1809 Conversion Support

• AS IS document for Complete PP QM Module and preparation of test scripts for UFT team.
• Complete scenario testing in Quality and development server and fixing issue with implementation during S4 Conversion project.
• Creation new PP related master data production version maintenance through LSMW for all finish material.
• Resolving Issue related to PP integration with other module.
• Fixing issues of all customized report.

Third Party Software Integration with Production Planning

• Implemented Hess Block plant & Command Alkon external software integration with SAP PP for actual consumption of raw material.
• Data comparison of SQL server data and SAP table data.
• Actual raw material consumption and finish goods quantity confirmation through order confirmation using BDC & BAPI.
• Report generation for both Hess and Command Alkon integration.

• Providing production support and solving end-user problem in SD/MM transaction.
• Analyzing problems to provide solutions to user generated error and incident.
• Monitoring all inbound and outbound EDI/ IDOC transaction processing in SAP for ORDRSP, DESADV, REQOTE, INVOIC IDOC messages.
• Resolution of tickets using P2, P3 & P4 as per SLA.
