· Administering and monitoring domestic sales contracts to reach an agreement on the conditions of the contract and associated terms.
· Assisting with preparing bid documents and proposals, including reviewing and analyzing requests for proposals and quotations.
· Reviewing and analyzing contractual documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations such as environmental and taxation regulations.
· Liaising with departmental heads of the company to determine suitable contract content, including schedules, prices, and performance standards, and helping protect the company's rights and benefits.
· Submitting contracts to customers and partners and negotiating terms and conditions.
· Sharing and clarifying contract processes, conditions and details with management, internal business teams and employees.
· Tracking authorizations and correspondence during the tenure of the Sales Contracts, including changes/deviations, amendments, clarification and payment schedules.
· Assisting with the development and implementation of contracts.
· Timely checking of the authorization in the contract and liaising with internal parties such as resource, manufacturing, accounting, and sales teams to collaboratively monitor contract performance details to ensure contract compliance.
· Conducting risk assessments and developing contingency plans to mitigate potential contract-related risks.
· Reviewing and verifying the accuracy and resolving discrepancies in line with company rules and guidelines.
· Maintaining and updating contract management systems, including inputting and tracking contract data, recording contract performance milestones, and generating procedure and process wordings accordingly, ensuring commercial information remains accurate and confidential.
