The Travel Package Operations Manager manages all aspects of travel operations including reservations, ticketing, travel coordination and customer support and also handles tour assignments. I have overall control over day-to-day operations.
I am service-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills and guides the operations teams to address any customer feedback and vendor management issues and also able to think clearly in emergencies and ensures smooth tour operations in accordance with schedules. Approximately 10 years experience in B2C (Business to Client).

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure tour operations follow regulations including visa and immunization requirements.
• Dealing with all International and domestic packages.
• Handling all inbound and outbound packages.
• Evaluate performance of travel operations teams.
• Gather and analyses feedback for operational improvements and product development.
• Manage customer issues and disputes.
• Monitor adherence to service level standards by vendors.
• Recommend improvements to customer service experience.
• Review customer demand data to support the product and experience development department.
• Schedule tour guiding assignments based on fit and availability.
