· Business Development:
- Managing day-to-day transactions across products like loans, deposits, trade products. Negotiating and advising interest rates to clients and facilitating smooth closure of transactions
- Continuous liaising with clients to push utilization's and for incremental business across various products
- Preparing and negotiating legal documentation for new and existing clients
- Analyzing and monitoring client profitability across various parameters
- Monitoring client portfolio operations for time bound transaction
- Coordinating with different departments, stakeholders and international networks to deliver seamless client experience.
- Helping the relationship manager in client sourcing
· Client Management:
i. Credit Analysis:
- Preparing strategic credit analysis notes for onboarding new clients and for the annual credit reviews of existing clients through analysis of the client's annual reports
- Understanding the business models, overall performance, recent developments and future plans of the company
- Discussing past and projected key financial figures and performance with the clients
- Formalizing and putting up the credit request in the system for onward submissions
- Seeking support from various business lines
ii. Know Your Customer” (KYC) formalities:
- Overseeing KYC process- while onboarding a new client, during periodic KYC reviews or modification of existing clients
- Addressing financial security triggers, documentation typology mismatch (if any) in a prescribed format
