M.Tech Project:
Impact of glutaraldehyde crosslinking agent on the properties of nonwoven viscose fabric–polyvinyl alcohol flexible composites.
Description: The objective of this work was to create a versatile, lightweight, flexible bio-composite based on nonwoven viscose fabric using PVA and a crosslinking agent (glutaraldehyde), and to analyze the effects of the crosslinking agent and of the nonwoven viscose filler in the PVA matrix on the mechanical and UV properties of the composite. The structural, chemical and mechanical properties of the composite were investigated using FTIR, and tensile and UV testing.
B.Tech Project:
To find the suitability of 3D woven fabric in automotive.
Description: To find the use of 3D woven fabric in automotive by testing thermal conductivity, moisture management, water vapor transmission and air permeability etc. for the suitability in different areas of automotive sector.
Internship Project:
Effect of noil%, spacer, TPI, RSB Guage on Yarn imperfections.
Description: Conducted an in-depth study to analyze how variations in noil percentage, spacer size, twist per inch (TPI), and RSB drawframe guage affect yarn imperfections. The project involved data collection, yarn testing, and stastistical analysis to optimize spinning parameters for improved yarn quality.
