Responsibilities in Quality management system:-

• Develop, Implement and maintains QMS of the organization.
• Ensure quality of products dispatched meet with customer specifications and standards.
• Identify internal and external quality issues and process deviations while during production.
• Perform quality planning and process map for each process.
• Handling customer complaints and implementation of CAPA.
• Execute, maintain and improve existing quality system by using quality tools, trainings and SOPs.
• Develop and execute kaizen, six sigma, Gemba walk, 4M checklist, 5S , Lean management, TPM and Poka-yoke for continuous improvements.
• Develop and Implementing Risk based thinking and problem solving activities- RCA. , 5Whys, etc.
• Schedule and Conduct management review Meetings (MRM).

Responsibilities in Inspection Management-

• Ensure quality tests are performed under accepted test conditions with use by accepted equipment's.
• Prepare inspection test plan, test procedure, checklist, Forms, log books, SOP's & Control Cards for product inspections and meet customer specification.
• Review product drawings, classify all probable nonconformities into various risk categories and define with control plan.
• Manage quality reporting, test certificates, quality documentation in line with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and Perform complete inspection of Pressure vessel, Filters, Agitator, Thickener, Heat exchanger, Tanks, Boilers, Valves, Motor, Gear box, Pumps & Control panel.
• Monitor and Perform Material receiving inspection with TC's verification, Product inspection as per ITP such as Visual, dimensional, Welding, WPS qualification, WQT, NDT, assembly, Functional test, Line check, Hydrostatic test and other relevant tests as per ITP of during in process & final stage at shop or vendor end.
• Carrying out inspection of parts after manufacturing process: Machining, Casting, Rolling, Forging, painting , Marking & cutting.
• Periodically monitor, review & update the inspection & testing procedures, improvement is required.
• Perform for documenting nonconforming objects and discussed in MRM Meeting.
• Raise product NCRs wherever deviation is observed & RCA for corrective actions.
• Liaised with client inspector with TPI person evaluation of product including clearing punch list.
• To plan and conduct internal audits within the organization & surveillance audits at vendors end.
• Ensure all quality test equipment are working in good condition and with periodical calibrated.
• To conduct training and maintain qualified inspectors and skilled field staffs.
• Manage external test agencies and processes where needed.
• Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and mandatory documents.

Shutdown project , Reliance Refinery

Responsibilities :-.

• Performed inspection and fulfill checklist and liaised with client person on stage wise inspection.
• Established communicated quality requirements and areas for improvement in daily project meeting.
• Performed material receiving inspection and submit inspection reports.
• Performed inspection of Pressure vessel, Air fin coolers and piping system.
• Established instructions for repair techniques, welding procedures, inspection and testing requirements.
• Performed Hydrostatic test, pneumatic test, Line inspection and weld inspection.
• Performed Witnessed over 6 no's of Welder qualification test and evaluate welder performance.
• Performed witness NDT Inspection and review of reports based on client requirements.
• Performed surface preparation & painting inspection.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports and get approval.

Plant maintenance project (Short period), BPCL Refinery.

Responsibilities;-

• Established raw material inspection.
• Performed welding inspection.
• Performed inspection on Pressure Vessel, piping system, column & heat exchanger.
• Performed close monitoring welder performance for avoid welding defects, repair of welds, initiate preventive and corrective actions.
• Performed Inspection of Visual, Dimensional, NDT activities, Assembly inspection, line inspection, punch points clearance, hydrostatic and pneumatic test.
• Performed Documentation control.
