Quality Specialist

  • We on-board, manage payments for the delivery vendors.
  • During my tenure as a QS, I have switched to various use cases.
  • Below listed are a few.
  • Routing team: My role in routing team was to support BAU by ensuring correct routes were assigned to delivery executives in North America, UK, Spain and Italy regions.
  • Address Correction: The team is responsible to correct anomalies in customer addresses by verifying them in USPS and UPS portals.
  • While in this process, I was appointed as the Senior Point of Contact for clearing doubts and to train new hires.
  • Delivery Not Received (DNR): The process required diving deep on cases where packages were marked as lost/not delivered to the customers.
  • Projects.
  • Insurance Compliance: I was the single contributor from LMAQ in partnering with TRC (Transaction Risk Compliance) team for maintaining the compliance of insurance of delivery vendors in US and Canada.
  • AMXL Mileage Reimbursement: I was a key contributor in the launch of AMXL in LMAQ.
  • The team audits the invoices of AMXL vendors and submits to the US payroll team for Mileage Reimbursement.
  • DNR Appeals: I was a key contributor in a team of 3 for the launch of the program in LMAQ.
  • We audited cases where delivery partners were penalized for multiple DNR.
  • For the above projects, I have created SOPs, managed multiple stakeholders, prepared newsletters and made process changes to ease the workflow.

  • After a 6 months interim period, I was promoted as Training Coordinator in December 2020.
  • While being active in this role, I have on boarded 419 resources through virtual On-Boarding system.
  • I facilitate New Hire Orientations for LMAQ.
  • I have launched skill/personal development trainings for 650+ associates.
