Working on upcoming project called "GENIE" it’s a digital platform, a one stop solution for investors to review, analyze & understand the detailed financial information of any infrastructure project in APAC and plan their investment.

· Collecting, understanding & analyzing the different data formats in which Project information is stored in multiple applications used within organization.

· Working towards bringing all data in common format and creating data dictionary for mapping source on Genie.

· Streamline & routing all data from different applications & sources (Internal & External) to Genie Server for real estate investors.

· Understanding investment portfolio data, analyzing investment data using Real view software.

User Stories: On Specific demand of Investors, understanding their pain points and then help them in creating customize dashboards for business decision making.

· Collect, analyze and manage quantitative data and created meaningful reports to lead improving business competitive position and profitability.

· Responsible for doing Corporate Financial Planning and managing Investor portfolio for ongoing & upcoming projects.

· Generating reports, charts, and tables on financial information for Management review.

· Synthesizing and analyzing financial data with consideration for the company’s goals.

· Managing Utilization Letter, Compliance Certificate and Documents related to RBI to Trustee of the Banks.

· Perform a comprehensive analysis of the effects of financial issues like company debt, CIBIL and other financial structures.

· Credit Evaluation:-Working closely with Finance head for detailed financial analysis of companies that request for credit consideration.

· Ensure smooth onboarding of corporate customer and corporate partnership on financial portal.

· Managing the escalated and top priority request of financial issues like payment, refund, invoices etc.

· Collaborating with different teams internally like customer services, Sales, Accounts, Legal, Technical team for different scope of work.

· Analyzed financial statements against forecasts to prepare high-level variance analysis.

· Project Title: : BFR on Organization structure & Ratio analysis of Treebo.

· Job Description : Part of Finance Accounts payable and Onboarding process team.

· Generating invoices for various clients based on their consumptions.

· Revision of wrong invoices by coordinating with different department.

· Training sessions for new employees on Torrent functions & process.

· Coordinate with Tech team and help them to resolve escalated complaints.

· Maintain data of daily activities and share report to management.

· Responsible for the record details of the departmental and clients complaints and fixing the problem on time.
