Lead the healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, nurses, and administrative staff, kitchen staff, housekeeping staff, maintenance staff and provide them guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient performance and a positive work environment.
2. Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and patient care by coordinating various departments.
3. Foster strong relationship with existing customers and motivate them to become referrals. Set and achieve a minimum admission target of 25% through referral sources to contribute to the hospital’s growth and success.
4. Assist in developing and managing the hospital's budget. Monitor expenses, revenue generation, and financial performance to maintain cost-effectiveness while upholding quality standards.
5. Set new strategic plans for the growth and development of Ayur Bethaniya.
6. Identify opportunities to enhance services, improve patient outcomes, and increase market presence.
7. Ensure the hospital's licensing requirements are up to date and renewed as per the relevant healthcare regulations.
8. Initiate the process of renewing certificates from NABH, Ayur Diamond, and Kerala Tourism in a timely manner to ensure compliance with their respective standards and regulations.
9. Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and changes to ensure the hospital's practices are in line with the latest guidelines.
10. Conduct competitor analysis on regular basis within the Ayurveda healthcare sector. Compare our hospital’s services, pricing and patient satisfaction levels with those of key competitors to identify areas of improvement and give printed report to the Management.
11. Foster relationships with external stakeholders, such as medical professionals, suppliers, and local health authorities. Collaborate with other departments to maintain a seamless flow of information and resources.
12. Solve problems or conflicts effectively after understanding concerns from all involved stakeholders.
13. Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to hospital operations, patient outcomes, and financial performance. Prepare monthly printed reports for CEO.
14. Develop and implement emergency response protocols to handle critical situations effectively. Ensure that the hospital is well-equipped to respond to medical emergencies.
15. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hospital's services and increase patient volume. Arrange community outreach programs so as to inform and educate the public about Ayur Bethaniya’s healthcare services.
16. Regularly monitor enquiry follow up process are carried out by concerned staff and ensure each query is promptly replied.
17. Promote and maintain a work environment characterized by respectful behaviour and adherence to high ethical standards.
18. Propose good action plans and seek ideas to foster effective decision making and implementation.
