  • Coordinating with various vendors for price, quotation for raw materials & packing material.
  • Raising purchase orders on time for raw material & packing material after price negotiation
  • Responsible for Regional purchase for Solvents & Resins for Oman & Bahrain Unit on quarterly basis.
  • Identify new sources and arrange samples to achieve sourcing savings.
  • Identifying nonmoving RM & PM and taking necessary action.
  • Handling imports goods and keeping an up-to-date record of incoming shipments to clear goods on time to avoid demurrage charges.
  • Follow up with vendors for shipping documents.
  • coordinate with the clearing agent for clearing the shipment from the port.
  • Check and verify all import documents in compliance with MOFI before applying for duty exemption.
  • Assist Finance team with invoice discrepancies & Payable process.
