Description: Working as a Senior Engineer responsible for verification and validation of powernet guardian ECU which used to protect the safety critical ECU in the Autonomous Drive vehicle network from Over Current, Over Voltage, Under Voltage and Over Temperature scenarios. Along with protection, activates a redundant mechanism to function the safety critical ECU.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Requirement analysis of the system requirement specification

- Effort estimation for the tasks 

- Test specification design from the requirements 

- Test Case Automation 

- Test Bench preparation and configuration 

- Test Execution and Test Results Analysis 

- Test documentation and summary preparation

Description: Leading Independent Test and Verification team for Advanced charger interface module project for multiple European OEMs. The charger interface module act as a gateway between the external charger and battery management system in the vehicle. The module controls and monitors the vehicle charging and also has the capabilities to share charging data to the outside world. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Worked as a competency leader as well as product owner (75%) and also as a Test Engineer (25%) for the project

- Estimating the effort for the activities and for the change request from customer

- Planning of tasks in Jira and assigning to the team by estimating in story points

- Attending meetings with stakeholders to align with the overall project milestone and negotiating the activities based on the team work load

- Tracking the progress in the tasks through daily standup meetings

- Updating the overall status to management through weekly meeting and monthly metrics.

- Preparation and update of ITV Test Plan document 

- Supporting team for the Requirement Analysis, Test Case Development, Test Automation, Test Execution, Bug Reporting and Bug Tracking

- Documentation of the test results in the predefined format and sharing the report with the customer

- Interacting with the customer through meetings and e-mails to ensure the customer satisfaction throughout the project 

- Setting up the test bench and trouble shooting

- Ensuring ASPICE Level 2 compliance in the project


  • HIL Verification of ADAS ECU Failsafe Conditions

Description: Validation of Advanced Driver Assist System Diagnostic functionality by ensuring condition for Diagnostic Trouble Code setting and timings are according to the requirement. Manual and automated tests are conducted to measure the CAN signal and internal flag timings. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

- Inputs files creation according to the work request received from the customer 

- Performing the test according to the predefined test procedure 

- Review of the performed test cases according to the pass fail criteria and intimating the bug directly to the customer through e-Mail 

- Documentation of the results and sharing the results to the customer through SVN
