• Acting as Extended Leadership Team for India where I work on policy formation at company level.

Worked as a part of CORE Team and was responsible for below tasks:

• Responsible for technical enhancement to be performed under JDE.
• Involved in End-to-End implementation of Rewrite project for custom processes like Stamp and Pay/Sampling
• Involved in customization of Speed status change application, Work with payment application, bank reconciliation process
• End to end delivery of new custom report to show Payment Details of Invoices (It was useful for auditors as well as End users)

Worked on local enhancement for 25+ sites:

· Involved in creation of CCRB, AS IS & TO Be documents, Funding approval, FUT, UAT, PROD deployments.

· Involved in creating of menu/versions and promoting it to PROD. Involved in scheduling jobs, moving jobs from site level to instance level, scheduler optimization etc.

· Involved in updating small setups like Pay instrument setup, Payment terms, Tax Setups, Custom Matrix, Updating Data selection and PO values in PD using Emergency ID

Worked for End user Support:

· Addressing and resolving tickets on JDE AR/ AP or any finance related issues

· Supported for Z processor issues, month end, annual close issues, security issues etc.

· Working on AP/AR Z tables and EDI batches and clearing them if found with errors.

· Training users for recurring issues to avoid unnecessary tickets.
