· Day-to-Day Support Activity includes monitoring and tracking of client cases, phone calls and emails
· Work with customers, end-users and developers to resolve issues and respond to questions
· Providing Support end users during and after implementation over phone, email, remote and onsite
· Provide Level 1 troubleshooting and problem-solving support for Property Management software
· Maintain positive client relationships even in severe and pressurized situations
· Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
· Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
· Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
· Make travel and accommodation arrangements
· Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
· Processed travel expenses and reimbursements for executive team and senior management group.
· Organize and maintain the office filing system
· Preparing/formatting documents, including proposals, contracts, and PowerPoint presentations.
· Managing schedules, fixing meetings, and calendar management
· Monitoring & coordinating various activities in the team like meetings, workshops, training sessions.
· Travel Management –Hotel booking, Air tickets & Visa Forex.
· Planning & Organizing for all the events personal and official.
· Maintaining and updating regularly all the guest lists and Event Calendar
