I have 15+ years of experience in field of Supply chain management, Logistics and Warehouse inventory management. I have 8+ years of experience in field of ASRS (automated storage and retrieval system) Managing the warehouse for all kinds of material (Raw material/packing material/Finished Goods) activities (Forecasting, Planning & Execution). Work closely with 3PL warehouses in the zone, including timely receiving, storing, and distribution of goods. Co-ordination and Supervision of FG dispatch related activities & execution of the same as well as other associated activities. Dispatches can be both local as well as export. Coordination with Logistics Companies: The Incumbent will coordinate with the transport companies to ensure that goods are transported from the warehouse to the customer at the right time & Cost Manage the company warehouse to ensure that all items are collected from the goods clearance location, received at the warehouse, handled, stored and preserved properly. Material management & Store Development (RM store/PM store/FG store) Worked with accounting personnel in resolving invoice discrepancies. Stocking the material in FIFO (First in First Out) arrangement Experience in Ensuring proper disposal of scrap and rejected material Experienced with implementing systems of inventory management avoiding over-stocking or wastage. Experience in working knowledge of SAP ERP system. Experience in managing reports, SOP and documentation control. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management. Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases Leadership skills and ability manage staff Strong decision making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills
