- Benefit renewals with changes, enhancements and implementations
- Benchmarking study and analysis of country specific benefits
- Budget forecasting and PO creations
- Managing Benefits & Compliance (APAC & Europe Countries)
- Core/Statutory Employee Benefits; Medical insurance, Life Insurance etc
- Country specific Employee Benefits; Meal Vouchers, Disability Insurance etc
- Other optional employee benefits; Additional Medical Insurance, Variable Pay benefits etc
- Regular connect with provider and broker for benefits assessment
- Regular connect with HRP and business for benefits evaluation
- Leading discussions on transition of any new activity related to benefits, track end-to-end closure and formal go-live
- Representing C&B Team and participate in all benefits calls scheduled and also support in key initiatives driven for the region
Governance & Control
- Adhering to compliance norms /GDPR regulations as per process / country specific requirement
- Invoice Validation & payment processing
- Maintain updated Process Document, Process Flow Chart, Checklist, and Process Calendar for all processes
Work flow management
- Facilitate benefit harmonization for acquired entities
- Publish reports, dashboards & reviews of Benefits to higher management
- Working along with Technical team on various automation processes for improved productivity
- Working with global service providers (Mercer, Aon, Alan Jones, Willis Tower Watson) to bring best benefit offerings for employees
Manage training & Knowledge
- To ensure each new recruit goes through series of training modules applicable for their countries
- To act as coach or mentor to HRP for benefit function
- Conduct webinar/ training session to employees on benefits
- To deliver session related to new project/process or process changes.
