  • Pursued Liaison works with MHADA for various projects of the company. Was responsible for Co-ordination between the Client and the Consultants for timely submissions of the Drawings and Compliances to the MHADA Authority and to Follow up with the Authorities for Issuance of the required Approvals.

  • Worked as a Site based Architect since the beginning of the project at the site. It is a huge township of around 1100 acres, the phase 01 of which is 153 acres. Being a part of the core PMO team, working closely with Project Director. The following are the Key responsibilities:
  • Co-ordination between the Site and the HO Team & the consultants for mitigation of the issues & ensure smooth operation
  • Ensure the delivery of the Drawings within the said deadline to match the construction schedule. Also review the drawings and raise RFI’s.
  • Maintain the Document records along with the Document controller.
  • Ensure the execution is in concurrence with the GFC’s by monitoring daily activities and interacting with the site engineers for the dissemination of the drawing information and clarification of the issues.
  • Making drawings required at site that are not received from the HO team.
  • Designing and execution of the Interior works for Sales Office & Easy Lease Office (Lodha Splendora – Thane)
  • Accomplished multiple tasks within established timeframes.

  • Phase 01 comprising of 9.6 acres of the total 69 acres of land at Old Mumbai-Agra highway. The project consist of 3 Towers of 2 basements + Ground + 2 Podiums + 27 Upper stories with product mix of 2, 3 and 4 BHK configuration and a few commercial shops at the Road side.
  • Sunrise – Bayer (Thane):
  • Phase 01 comprising of 8.25 acres of the total 69 acres of Bayer chemicals land at Thane. The project consist of 5 Towers of 2 basements + Ground + 2 Podiums + 30 Upper stories with product mix of 2 and 3 BHK configuration.

  • High Rise & CFO Approvals:
  • Responsible for making the drawings, reports and presentations & co-ordinate with the consultants to present it before the High Rise Committee and obtain approval of the same. Obtained approval for projects Parinee I (ht=121.80m) and The Xclusiv (Sale ht= 214.40m/ Rehab ht= 105.5m).
  • The XCLUSIV – Worli: (Project Cost: Rs. 600 cr.)
  • This SRA project extends over a 10,000 sq.m. plot situated near Worli Naka. The Sale building is 57 storey tower and the rehab building stretches over 34 floors.
  • Adney – Dahisar: (Project Cost: Rs. 90 cr.)
  • This also being a SRA project is located at IC colony extension. The rehab tower extends to 18 floors and 2 nos. sale towers of 21 floors each.

  • Wadhawan Bungalow:
  • Co-ordination for a Bungalow project for Mr. Dheeraj Wadhawan at Bandra West.
  • Views – SRA Project: (Project Cost: Rs. 320 cr.)
  • The project is located at a prime location overviewing Golf Course at Chembur.
  • Managed conceptual design projects while providing task management and technical contributions to multidisciplinary teams.

  • Beautification of Bandra Reclamation Promenade: Client – MSRDC: (Project Cost: Rs. 52 cr.)
  • About 1.3 km stretch of Promenade at Bandra Reclamation before the Sealink Toll Naka was designed by M/s. Design Cell.
  • Landscape of MSRDC Office Premises at Napeansea Road:
  • This is a small charity project done by DB Realty for MSRDC for their office premises at Napeansea Road.
  • High Rise Approvals for Buildings:
  • Responsible for the co-ordination of the drawings and other correspondences with the consultants and made presentations before the High Rise Committee for the projects.
  • Orchid Turf View: (Project Cost: Rs. 1599 cr.)
  • This is an esteemed High Rise Residential & Commercial project at Mahalaxmi in Mumbai facing the Grand Race Course. The Project is designed for luxurious 4bhk simplexes & duplexes with independent swimming pools.
  • Interiors office at Techniplex:
  • The project was an extension of the DB Realty Head Office at Goregaon. The primary designer for the project was ABM Architects & Designers.

  • This is a comprehensive Town Planning project about 4,149,000 sq. ft. at Dubai Land. It consists of various projects of residential kind like Villas of elite standards, Duplexes, Condominiums and Staff Accommodation, commercial projects like 5-Star and 4-Star Hotels and Shopping Mall, recreational projects like Golf Course Pavillion, Tennis Pavillion, Health Club, a driving track and a Mosque. Worked on the Design Development drawings for the following projects:

  • Orchid Ozone Mall (Dahisar): Client: - Dynamix Balwa Group
  • India’s largest mall of about 24 lakhs sft. is situated at Dahisar.
