• This was a dream project where in I got an opportunity to experience world class standards of developing athletes at Olympics and Paralympics Tournaments.
• My job profile included updating of athlete profiles, allotting opportunities for athletes to participate in events using Canva.
• Audited and crafted the monthly and the annual reports for evaluation and planning purpose.
• Facilitated and edited the renewal deck creating opportunities for sponsorships in the upcoming year.

• Reporting directly to Mr. Praveen Kumar (Marketing Head) and Mr. Amit Kumar (Media Head) of Jamshedpur Football Club.
• Offline promotion of home ground football matches in and around Jharkhand for Jamshedpur Football Club.
• Online promotion of Jamshedpur FC through all sources of media and print.
• Plan, design and carry out the home ground matches as a member of the club team.
• To manage media, press and sponsors during the matches and provide them with the required resources and inputs.
• Evaluation of the match and its operational efficiency post each match and plan out improvement strategies to make future events successful.
• Prepared a project report involving all the details of the internship and submitted it to Mr. Prashant Godbole, (General Manager, JFC).

The course provided valuable insights into the planning and execution of sporting events, guided by Olympic values and global best practices. Looking forward to applying this knowledge in real-world sports environments.

In the AIFF Blue Cubs Leaders Course, I learnt the foundations of grassroots football leadership not just how to run sessions, but how to shape young players as people.

• Observed and supervised the production of rubber in the Indiar Crumb Rubber Factory, Pala.

• Studied in depth through a Survey study, the extent of the use of men's personal care products categories.
• Identified the space and scope for Romano in the market.
• Implemented the marketing plan and launched Romano brand.
