Packaging Management- Design to commerical proposal making for returnable packaging. Tracking with all service provider to ensure all assets in flow conditions so all production line will run with returnable packaging . Achieved KB Global award to implantation Go green concept.

Improvement Projects- Repressive for India Global iTMS project in which core area for Max vehicle utilization ,TAT reduction, online Transportation billing process.

handing 3M(Man,Machine,Material) for outbound dept, FG cycle count and warehouse FIFO Management.

working as Dy.Manager SCM handling supply chain management roll for supplier monthly schedule ,Follow up with supplier for material, inward plan, GRN upto supplier payment.

Handling supplier retuable as customer one way packaging activity to run gas meter production.

Handing daily stores actives, Inventory management and system management.

Working as Buyer for 300 Import planning , EDI schedule relase,

shipment plan by Air/Sea mode as per stock level and transit time to run the production line.

Close co-oration with stores for stock accuracy and FIFO ,cycle count process .Finance team for duty payment to avoid shipment demurrage charges.

As a part for MP&L Team handing Material , plannings and logistics function for vehicle lighting product range.

Material procurement- 350 parts procurement with inventory management targets for inventory run.

Material planning - as PPC Lead handing molding , subassembly as well as FG planning to maintain safety level stock to run customer line without any line stoppage.

Logistics- handing local as per export logistics actives to ensure dispatch as per plan.

Purchase function (10 months) - Handing production and non production parts souring till smoothly handover parts to MP&L Team after PPAP and PSW sing off.

As a buyer handing for procurement of Casting and propriety parts from various areas of India to run production line as per plan.

Day to Day activity related for procurement.

Hard copy drawing management to develop parts with revision level.

Quality- Respobile for incoming fogeing lot inspection, cast parts,sheet metal parts.

Manage ISO documents for ISO/TS audit.

Purchase - Follow PR to PO process, arrange parts as per end user requirement for export shipment .

Procurement - followup with supplier to deliver parts as monthly schedule to run the CNC and VMC Machines to achieve production parts.
