Project 1:Insight Process 

Model : Lean Management Model 

  • Created a defined process of incremental changes in processes in order to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Defined a QUIP with different sections to accommodate variables for process improvement, ideas from the site giving better clarity of those proposals.
  • It gave a segregation of Quantifiable and Quality insights. The outcome included reduction in AHT by average of 11 secs, which is an improvement by 22%, with 37% of better defined policies.
  • Helped increase the overall efficiencies with 2.3%.


Project 2:Bottom Quartile Management 

Model : Fish Bone Analysis 

  • Created a RCA model in collaboration with Market Managers, Trainers, SMEs to understand the root cause of the dip in consistencies of the individual. Developed consistency improvement forms (Microsoft forms).
  • Worked with QAs to understand the trend of errors done by the moderators contributing to bottom quartile.
  • It elucidated better understanding of the root cause and creation of better perspective training plan.
  • 100% movement from BQM contributed to an average of 2% improvement in overall efficiency of the markets.
