Education Background
I hail from Delhi, where I completed my basic education under the CBSE Board (10th and 12th). Subsequently, I pursued my graduation in Commerce (B.Com) from Delhi University, Swami shraddhanand College, and later earned my Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from Chandigarh University. Alongside my graduation, I pursued Chartered Accountancy and successfully cleared the CPT as well as the first group of Intermediate (IPCC).

I began my professional career with *Amp Energy Private Limited, where I focused on compliances and corporate financing, particularly managing LC and BG limits, while coordinating transactions with multiple private banks. Following a brief tenure at **Fourth Partner Energy (Mumbai), I joined **TATA Capital Cleantech Division* in July 2023.

At TATA Capital, I managed end-to-end transaction processes, which included:
- Client onboarding and proposal appraisal
- Preparation of summaries, management notes, and presentations for internal screening
- Drafting and negotiating term sheets
- Ensuring pre- and post-disbursement compliances

During this period, I had the opportunity to work with key clients such as *Sunsure Energy, AMPIN, Manikaran Renewables, Avaada (Merchant Wind Project), and Juniper (Hybrid Solar & Wind Project)*. My portfolio included handling Commercial & Industrial (C&I) projects as well as Kusum Scheme A & C with Manikaran.
