• Oversee the SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) portfolio within the Delivery @ Scale consulting organization. This portfolio encompasses SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud BI, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, Business Warehouse, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and SAP HANA Cloud.
• Define the service portfolio and drive BDC adoption, customer engagement, capability development, and the people strategy for the unit.
• Develop and position standardized cloud services by embedding AI-driven automations in the BDC Analytics domain, while leading transformative initiatives aligned with SAP’s strategic vision.
• Build organizational capability and expand business opportunities across the SAP Analytics & Insights domain. Provide tailored solutions to customers that empower data-driven decision-making and actionable outcomes.
• Play a pivotal role in large-scale customer engagements, positioning solutions in the Analytics and Augmented Analytics domains for cloud and hybrid deployments. This includes integrating SAP and non-SAP technologies across diverse industry sectors.

Key Accomplishments (Current Role)

• Established a clear strategic direction for the unit, transforming an underperforming team with limited skills into a high-performing and efficient unit within a short timeframe.
• Spearheaded the People Strategy Program for the consulting management team in India, successfully delivering several high-impact initiatives to strengthen team capabilities and engagement.
• Led BTP Automation & Automation Monetization efforts to enhance efficiency in the service delivery model. Currently driving the BDC Factory/Standardized Services & Automations Program globally, aimed at achieving high-scale adoption of BDC, including leveraging the partner ecosystem.
• Championed a strategic initiative involving SAP and McKinsey collaboration, enabling customers to gain a competitive advantage through advanced analytics. This initiative was designed to help CFOs derive enterprise-wide insights, including the development and go-to-market strategy for SAP Advanced Analytics offerings related to COVID-19.
• Drove innovation by providing direction and leadership for multiple use cases in the Analytics and Data Science domains, enhancing solution effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Played a key role in business acquisition for several large-scale engagements, collaborating across the ecosystem to secure significant deals.
• Achieved an average consulting delivery of over 25,000+ days annually, generating approximately INR 87 Crore in services revenue

• Defined and led development of new products. Set up and led product development units for SAP’s first SME product line named Business By Design (ByD) and the first Web based applications in ERP in the domains of HR and Project Systems.
• Extensive interaction with Executive Board for Innovation Demos and Program Status of R&D Projects
• Program Management of end to product development projects in ByD. Total managed project days 10k+

Operations Lead - ByD Program Operations

• Role involved defining and implementing processes and tools to increase efficiency of product development and improve the product development experience. Managed the complete Operations for Product Development in the hosted/on-demand space.
• Presentation of Program status to L1 management level and to SAP Board
• Co-ordination between Product Development, Product Management, Quality and Product Validation groups to attain synergies.

• End to end product development in Payroll, Personnel Administration, Time Management
• Set up of the Employee Self Service unit in India and leading its development
• Co-ordination between Product Development across regions, Product Management, Quality and Product Validation groups

Key Accomplishments (Past Roles)

• Setup of a product development unit for SAP’s first hosted solution Business By Design in the area of HR. The unit grew 7-fold and took over complete ownership of several programs in India.
• Strategy roll out at various levels to align the LOB with SAP’s corporate strategy.
• Led several Innovation Initiatives that were presented to SAP Board.
• Successful Partner Management with SAP payroll partner (ADP US) involving product definition and development.
• As Lead for Operations, revamped Test Strategy resulting in multi-fold increase in test and issue resolution efficiency.
