- Review of PFD, P&ID, ULD, PDS & comments from technology point of view. Participate and monitoring in plant construction and erection activities.
- Responsible for smooth product trials during commissioning and ensure right technology transfer in place.
-Handing over taking over plant from technology suppliers/ vendors while making sure supplies are as per desired quality and timelines.
-Proper hand over of plant to Operations Team once plant is commissioned.
-Lead process improvements and process intensification projects.

- Scale up from lab batch to pilot & commercial plant, Comparison of mixing equivalency w.r.t heat & mass transfer, heating & cooling time, mixing time with VISIMIX software.
- Design of distillation columns, exchangers, separators & scrubbers with ASPENPLUS, HTRI, CHEMCAD.
- Mass and Energy balance for batch & continuous process, Equipment sizing. Preparation of PFD, P &ID, ULD, instrument process data sheets.
- Design of rupture disc and safety relief valve as per API 520, API 521 Pump selection & NPSH, pressure drop, Power calculation.
- Unsteady state heat transfer calculations for reactors & heat exchangers.
