The Enterprise Services Framework (ESF) from Fiserv is a comprehensive solution to enable “best-of breed-integration” using a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
ESF is a modern standards-based architecture built on commercial industry leading technology (webMethods). It contains a robust set of integration framework and business services that expose information from core banking applications, payment, analytic systems, and third-party service providers. It provides an agile platform for specificity and customizations for a financial institution’s requirements.
· Responsibilities:
® Spearheading implementation & delivery of project from global services end for Fiserv’s flagship product
® Driving agile transformations in all the projects and participating in Agile Boot Camps at the organizational level
® Conducting sprint ceremonies/meetings like Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospections, Mid sprint review; coordinating discussions like Backlog Refinement, Defect Triage, Status Reporting & Agile Metrics Generation
® Publishing and tracking various Agile project metrics like Velocity, Story Completion Ratio and Escaped Defects
® Assisting as a Trusted Advisor to the management, performing assessments, developing solutions & innovative techniques and leading the automation infrastructure strategy while ensuring that automation goals are met
® Interacting with cross-functional teams (Architects, Developers, QA and Devops) for test automation activities
® Conducting GAP analysis while successfully reengineering key business processes to increase operational efficiency and alignment of business unit objectives; assisting the Product Owner in managing product backlog
® Coaching & training many teams within organization in agile practices and mentoring budding scrum masters for implementing the scrum best practices in their teams
