The Enterprise Services Framework (ESF) from Fiserv is a comprehensive solution to enable “best-of breed-integration” using a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).

ESF is a modern standards-based architecture built on commercial industry leading technology (webMethods). It contains a robust set of integration framework and business services that expose information from core banking applications, payment, analytic systems, and third-party service providers. It provides an agile platform for specificity and customizations for a financial institution’s requirements.

· Responsibilities:

® Spearheading implementation & delivery of project from global services end for Fiserv’s flagship product

® Driving agile transformations in all the projects and participating in Agile Boot Camps at the organizational level

® Conducting sprint ceremonies/meetings like Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospections, Mid sprint review; coordinating discussions like Backlog Refinement, Defect Triage, Status Reporting & Agile Metrics Generation

® Publishing and tracking various Agile project metrics like Velocity, Story Completion Ratio and Escaped Defects

® Assisting as a Trusted Advisor to the management, performing assessments, developing solutions & innovative techniques and leading the automation infrastructure strategy while ensuring that automation goals are met

® Interacting with cross-functional teams (Architects, Developers, QA and Devops) for test automation activities

® Conducting GAP analysis while successfully reengineering key business processes to increase operational efficiency and alignment of business unit objectives; assisting the Product Owner in managing product backlog

® Coaching & training many teams within organization in agile practices and mentoring budding scrum masters for implementing the scrum best practices in their teams

® Attained Post Delivery Defect Density below 1% for all projects

® Recorded zero quality escalations from business partners or end clients

® Facilitated a successful transition from traditional software development methodology (Waterfall) to Agile (Scrum) by learning the agile practices and principles & implementing the same in delivery teams.

• Ensure implementation of QMS by providing consultancy and guidance to project teams.
• Conduct process audits, work product audits, Configuration audit and facilitate projects for start and closure audits.
• Facilitating and guiding the Project Manager in process tailoring, preparation of Project Management Plan, Risk Monitoring Plan, Configuration Management Plan, etc., and setting metrics goals as per organization baselines
• Review of PMP, Metrics Action Plan data for accuracy and consistency.
• Perform NC analysis, metrics analysis and derive action plan and PI initiatives for projects.
• Customer Feedback analysis and tracking the corrective actions to closure.
• Preparation of BU Process Compliance and other Quality Reports for Senior Management. Preparing Management Review Meeting report.
• Contribute to enhancing organization QMS in coordination with the SEPG team

by participating in new process/template definition or enhancements of the existing process/template.

• Conducting DP meetings for the projects.
• Working on the Process Management and Process Improvement at the Org level.
• Working on the Process intranet site for Content Creation.
• Drive the automation of QMS workflow in the organization.

ISO 9001:2008 Assessment 2014

· Identify gaps, implement actions to fill gaps & prepare projects for assessments of ISO 9001:2008.

· Consult projects on ISO 9001:2008 clauses.

· Ensure implementation of QMS by providing consultancy and guidance to project teams.

· Participated in external surveillance audits.

· Constant & continuous efforts to sustain the implemented standard.

ISO 13485 Assessment 2013

· Identify gaps, implement actions to fill gaps & prepare projects for assessments of ISO 9001:2008.

· Ensure filling the gaps in QMS with respect to the ISO clauses.

· Participated in external surveillance audits.

· Constant & continuous efforts to sustain the implemented standard.

• Help to identify project-specific processes and tailoring required for the project
• Guide and Monitor the Quality Leader (QL) to perform the QMS implementation activities.
• Help projects in identifying and tracking project specific metrics other than Organization metrics
• Help projects to track their progress ( w.r.t. Quality Goals) on a frequent basis
• Meeting with the Project manager, Delivery head to inform the status of the project and also know the current enhancement/development in the project
• Presentation to Top Management on Quarterly Basis about the Process Compliance Status in the Projects
• Process ownership of Risk Management Process, Construction Process areas. Also responsible for maintaining the Process Asset Library at Organization Level.
• Work with SEPG members in enhancing organization QMS by contributing towards defining/enhancing the new/existing process area.
• Review of Timesheets for data sanity.

CMMI 1.3 Implementation:

Working for CMMI Version1.3 implementation, involved in following activities

• Closure of (QMS) gaps for level 2 & 3 process areas
• Implementation of QMS across the projects.
