• Handled various retrofit & spares Projects as a single point of contact and executed various BO items – Boiler feed water Pump & its accessories, Deaerator Pump, pressure control valves, FD & SA fans, Rotary soot blower, HP dosing Pumps and ESP spares, non-pressure parts – castings, Travagrate spares, Fabrication items, Refractory, U beams, Air nozzles and Burner spares, Pressure parts – Economizer, Evaporator, superheater & Water wall pane assembly which required for boiler applications.
• Adapted at managing all phases of project lifecycles, including planning, execution and delivery, while ensuring adherence to budget scope and timelines.
• Reviewed order indents and arranged OTM with internal technical teams, Quality control teams and sales teams for scope of supply & resolution of technical concerns.
• Leading and arranging kick-off meetings with client and internal team to understand the contract scope if applicable
• Reviewed & Approved engineering drawings & inspection test plans (ITPs) submitted by technical teams and Quality control teams.
• Prepared & review manufacturing drawings with BOM as per submitted by technical team for procurement of raw materials and Assembly of finished goods at shop.
• Prepared order bookings, Engineering drawings entry & released for procurement in SAP as per standard code.
• Conducting regular reviews with Engineering and materials to ensure timely supply of materials.
• Visiting frequently to manufacturing facilities & vendors for F2F meetings to expedite the delivery.
• Coordination of the inspection activity with factory, supplier, customer, and third party inspection.
• Conducted Site KOM with customer along with construction team member during shutdown.
• Resolved technical issues generated during assembly, construction, and testing from site along with technical team & construction team.
• Used various software's like AutoCAD, MS Project, SAP, MS Excel by execution of throughout projects.

• Design Engineer with around three years of experience in the armament sector
