Selected for the France–India Young Talent “20 Under 35” List (2026) for contributions toward innovation, business growth, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Hi there, I'm Nikhil.
A curious marketer and strategist who's spent the last few years collecting stamps, stories, and lessons across four countries and as many industries.
My career has looked less like a ladder and more like a mosaic: started with business development in Bangalore, worked as a growth marketer in The Hague for a sustainable packaging company, worked as a marketing manager for a food-tech company in Geneva, worked for a venture capital in Paris, and now back home to Bangalore as chief marketing officer at Promotionz AI, with a head of marketing chapter for a French company helping them expand to India in between, helping businesses raise capital and scale globally.
Somewhere along the way, I figured out that great marketing isn't really about campaigns. It's about the connection between brands and people, strategy and execution, big vision and the small, stubborn details that make it real. I love that work. I love the human side of growth even more.
These days, my obsession sits at the intersection of business, marketing, and technology, cross-cultural brand building, and GTM. Being named to the France-India Young Talent, 20 Under 35, 2026 list meant a lot, but the credit really belongs to the teams and mentors who've shaped me along the way.
I hold an MSc in International Business Management from Pôle Universitaire Léonard de Vinci, Paris, and a PG Diploma in Business Administration from Bangalore University, Bangalore. My real education has come from late-night Slack threads, meeting people over coffee, and a whole lot of "Wait, let's try this differently."
