● Working in a contact centre environment handling multiple customer queries from our Customers typically on multiple products and or propositions

● We'll be involved in making decisions on the extent and validity of a claim, and checking for any potential activity. · Payments details from the relevant team will be received on the daily basis
● We should take the confirmation with the claim handler via email chat before making any payments.
● Coordinating with customers, engineers and Technicians on emails · Resolving queries, checking details, & raising the payments once the details are up to date
● Participating in team huddles and general discussion with TCS & Quality tointimate the process improvements. · Managing SLA and making work happen within the SLA.
● Liaised with customers, management of accounts and provide better solution regarding the policy.
