LOSS PREVENTION

• Lead full loss prevention program within assigned region of 12 states.

• Developed and administered store specific shortage reduction plans in partnership with Regional and Area Field management team to reduce shrink in accordance with High Risk & Target strategy plan.
• Directed Internal Investigations Department including weekly investigation reports, monitoring of reports, and disposition of prosecution on all Dishonest Employee cases.
• Manage, Plan and lead company inventory process including scheduling of Stock Audits with reconciliation process.

INVENTORY CONTROL

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual physical inventory as well as reconciling inventory discrepancy.
• Implemented audit process that led to 100% put ways with no errors as well as successfully managing Stock audit.
• Ensured compliant store standards and processes were met during Stock audit.
• Responsible for Managing control measures to ensure mistakes, Inaccuracies and discrepancies highlighted are addressed and resolved in timely manner.
• Established and executed new policies and procedures that streamlined efficiency.
• Developed and implemented standardized inventory control procedure and daily cycle counting audit processes.

PROCUREMENT & PURCHASE

• Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
• Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
