LOSS PREVENTION

  • Lead full loss prevention program within assigned region of 12 states.
  • Exceeded company goal for shrink results of 0.2% for last 5 consecutive inventory seasons.
  • Developed and administered store specific shortage reduction plans in partnership with Regional and Area Field management team to reduce shrink in accordance with High Risk & Target strategy plan.
  • Directed Internal Investigations Department including weekly investigation reports, monitoring of reports, and disposition of prosecution on all Dishonest Employee cases.
  • Manage, Plan and lead company inventory process including scheduling of Stock Audits with reconciliation process.
  • Provided regular direction and leadership to minimize operational shortage, mitigate theft and fraud.
  • Implemented company-driven shortage and safety solutions through effective Operations and Human Resources partnerships.
