Airbnb NYC Listings Analysis – Data Storytelling Project

Performed data-driven analysis on Airbnb NYC listings using Python and Excel to uncover pricing trends, guest preferences, and booking patterns for post-COVID business strategy.

Bike Demand Prediction – Multiple Linear Regression

Built a regression model to predict daily bike rentals (cnt) for BoomBikes using Python. Performed data cleaning, feature engineering (including categorical encoding), EDA, and model evaluation. Identified key factors like season, weather, and year impacting demand. Achieved high R² on test data to support post-COVID business planning.

Loan Default Risk Analysis (EDA Project)

Performed exploratory data analysis on loan application data to identify key factors influencing loan defaults, helping optimize approval strategies and reduce financial risk.
