Executed rigorous process modeling and simulation-based optimization using Aspen Plus/HYSYS/EDR and mathematical model building and its Optimization based on PSA with the help of tools like MATLAB&Simulink(NOMAD) to check technoeconomic feasibility of cool energy recovery from LNG regasification project support pilot plant trials and commercial scale-up. Developed complex P&IDs, PFDs, and technical deliverables, including Equipment Lists and VCOP, while performing detailed hydraulic sizing for pumps and valves. Simulation of multicomponent distillation column using open-source simulator and TEA With ML Model along with PSA algorithm, International Journal of Advance Research and Innovative Ideas in Education, 05/10/22, The paper involved the creation of a simulation environment for MCD to find out the solution for the problem statement and find out various parameters like minimum RR, minimum no of stages, actual no of stages, and feed stage location and model merged with PSA algorithm in ML environment to find best optimize process design. The optimization of the parameters like condenser duty, reboiler duty, and optimum feed stage using DWSIM software and Chemsep was also done.

  • Heating value reduction of LNG by removing heavy hydrocarbons and technoeconomic analyses using simulation-based optimization, chemical process optimization, process simulation, ML algorithm-based optimization - Developed a superstructure for the process of heavy hydrocarbon removal from LNG using ASPEN HYSIS, developed a simulation-based optimization strategy using the process simulator of ASPEN HYSIS to perform seamless thermodynamic calculations, and connected the process simulator to the MATLAB optimizer using the Component Object Model Used PSO ML algorithm for hyperparameter tuning and finding the best possible solution with data-driven insights Deployed the model to support analysis led design for value pack introduction, Preceding technology and engineering standard work.
  • Multiphase Kinetic modelling depending on heating and using model-based experimental analysis of kinetic phenomena, Chemical reaction engineering and mathematical modelling- The project included the study of multiphase kinetic modelling through accessing different parameters like microwave heating on reaction kinetics. The kinetic phenomenon was studied taking into consideration the gas/liquid-solid reactions (redox reactions), effect of reactor diameter/sample amount and microwave radiation effect (heating approach). The model based experimental analysis included simultaneous and incremental model identification and development also the refinement of mod. After the study included kinetic model selection and application in reaction kinetics identification.
  • Study of transport model in Chemical Vapor Deposition, Advance Transport Phenomenon- The project encompassed an in-depth study of transport processes in chemical vapor deposition (CVD), covering fundamental concepts, boundary layer model was developed, analyzing thickness, gas flow, and diffusion related to mass transport, additionally the equations representing transport process were also created.Product functional modeling was tested with DFT simulations and analysis. Transport equations were also obtained for limiting processes, specifically transport-limiting and reaction-limiting processes. Electrochemical performance testing to design test for measuring chemical transformation of species, Chemical engineering, Selectivity, yield, response to different chemical and physical environments to test the performance and durability of manufactured Chip, State of health, EC active components to examine and interpret the data was done.
  • Process simulation of multicomponent distillation column and optimization with sensitivity analysis, chemical engineering-The project focused on developing a simulation environment for multicomponent distillation (MCD) to address specific problem statements and evaluate key parameters, including the minimum reflux ratio, minimum number of stages, actual number of stages, and optimal feed stage location Also done 1-D Simulation modelling for flash design. Simulation of the production of ethyl chloride from ethylene using Aspen Plus- Developed a simulation for the production of ethyl chloride from ethylene in Aspen Plus simulation software, and learned all thermodynamic aspects involved in each process equipment in the simulation, optimized the condenser and reboiler duty to decrease the power output almost by 6% by utilizing the heat output from the condenser to the reboiler's heat exchanger and flash drums, accelerated aging test and analysis of chemical system design with the construction of lab-scale equipment to simulate aging exposure of practical applications of active chemical components with thermal cycling for TEA was also done with the help of Python
