  • Troubleshooting network problems and outages.
  • Perform Ping, tracert, ipconfig, netsh wlan commands on the affected machine in case of a network outage to retrieve the minimum data required to run a diagnostic.
  • Outlook application Support.
  • Complete support of Outlook application, like creating a new profile, Creating PST's, increasing the size of OST and PST in the windows registry, Executing Batch files to sync the application to the O365 server, resolving data Integrity, Certificate issues, Mapping other mailboxes in the Outlook application.
  • Assigning Office Licenses to users from the O365 admin console, creating alias email addresses, Repairing Outlook etc.
  • Captures packets in real time to analyze the traffic flow on your network and troubleshoot network problems.
  • Download and install wireshark on the affected machine, launch wireshark and select the interface from the interface list.
  • To analyze wireless network traffic, select wireless network.
  • Packets start to appear in real time.
  • It captures the packets sent to or from the machine.
  • Click on stop capture to stop capturing traffic.
  • It uses color code to distinguish the traffic between TCP, UDP and DNS.
  • We use filters to narrow down specific traffic.
  • We follow the UDP stream for the full conversation between client and server which also gives us the path.
  • Troubleshooting WLAN issues.
  • Check wireless access point.
  • Check if the right DNS is set by opening the properties window of wireless network adapter which is found in network and sharing centre under change adapter setting and selecting IPV4.
  • Once we open that, click on advanced and then click on DNS set the DNS.
  • Required.
  • Do the same for IPV6 address.
  • Then open command prompt and execute ipconfig /flushdns.
  • Troubleshoot VPN(Virtual private network) issues.
  • Configure the Secure envoy soft token application on the machine by setting it to the right server address.
  • The soft token generates secure passcodes using which they can login to VPN NAB anywhere or NAB remote or Zscaler VPN.
  • Worked on Zscaler VPN app.
  • Troubleshooting applications of user’s in NAB depending on Zscaler.
  • Make the necessary changes on the server side as well so they can connect without any issues.
  • Troubleshoot VOIP issues.
  • Issues with Avaya IP communicator(softphone).
  • Access to Cisco Unity manager, where voicemail pin can be set and new extensions can be assigned to users.
  • Troubleshoot network drive issues or shared drive issues along with cloud issues.
  • Add them to the right security groups so they can gain access to the network drive.
  • Set the level of permissions required for the user.
  • Map the network drive on his machine.
