Job Responsibilities: Design Commercial and Utility scale Solar power plant using PVsyst and Helioscope Software.
- Project Execution of Solar PV (including Ground-Mounted and Rooftop systems) using AutoCAD, PVSyst, SketchUp and Helioscope software’s based on client needs, regulatory requirements and project specifications.
- Conduct site evaluations to assess solar potential, including shading analysis, roof condition, and electrical infrastructure assessment for commercial and utility scale projects.
- Design and review of system sizing calculation like string sizing, Inverter selection, batteries, and cables to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Develop Layouts, Bill of Materials (BOM), Single-line diagram (SLD), and perform engineering calculations like cable sizing, battery sizing, System losses, Voltage drop, Earthing and Lighting protection and performance characteristics to meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Design Layouts and prepare Bill of Materials for Rails and purlins using rail guards and Clamps and screws for Fixation as per client requirements using AutoCAD
- Design and verify integration system drawings for Roof top and ground mounted structures designed by the Engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including utilities, electrical engineers, sales, project management, and installation crews to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop technical specifications, datasheets, and procurement documents for solar PV equipment and materials.
- Executing the project with-in set Guidelines and Plan the Project Milestones and Deliverables.
- Review and release of RFQ to purchase team for each component for solar plant.
- Monitoring, maintaining & managing the design guidelines and specifications.
- Establish Team meetings to discuss on Project planning and Quality issues.
