Handled Kosan PO placed for Centralized procurement of spares for NWZ. 3.) 56 out of 184 realignments completed in H1. Realignments with savings of 9 crores per annum out of Target of 15 crores to be achieved in FY 23-24 completed in H1.4 ) PT Utilization is 103%. GD utilization 105%, CS rejection is 3.5% (against target of less than 4%) across all plants of NWZ. 5.) NWZ Plants have achieved Nil cylinder Variation of 80%. 98.9% of cylinders are with in +/- 100 grams variation.
Handled Gandhinagar LPG Plant as location in charge for one year from April 2020 to March 2021.
1.) . Achieved Highest ever bottling of 57924 MT (4.5% increase over historical).
2. Due to Dismantling of Old DPT Shed and Shifting of equipment to New DPT shed was carried out in June 2021, resulting in piling up of some DPT inventory. Brought down inventory by double shift operations regular followup with vendor and ensured 100% Q&Q. Cylinders retested in H1: 161135 (14Kg) + 2175 (19kg). Achieved Closing inventory of H1 for DPT of 5870 (14 kg) against AOP of 6000 cylinders.
3.) Successfully completed induction of all transport trucks without affecting plant operations 4.) Coordinated plant expansions and upgrades to accommodate increased demand while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
