ATT Mediation PS ,Mediation Switchbuild and Roaming PS :

• Mediation is a mission Critical application and is mainstream application which generates revenue for ATT .
• Responsible for building components for openet's framework Fusionwork and setting up the many Fact tool configurations in Unix/Linux environments and GUI
• Responsible for driving outages with knowing the proper business impact and working with various teams to resolve the issue quickly
• Working as point of contact for various project planning, requirement gathering and its deployments and independently handled major releases
• Responsible for resolving webtrax ticket within the SLA which involves extensive troubleshooting, analysis of data discrepancy in production and non-production environment
• Responsible for writing many shell scripts for monitoring and for filling gaps were BAU processes required manual interventions .
• Worked on self healing automations to involve zero manual intervention and reduce team work .
• Responsible for timely delivery of deliverables and active involvement in continuous monitoring and maintenance of business application system in production environment
• Mentored new joiners and team members by conducting knowledge transfer sessions on domain and technologies involved in project for a successful delivery
• Analysis of UNIX scripts, Oracle backend processes, scheduling of jobs through cron jobs in case of any failures.
• Responsible for Requirement gathering of new upcoming projects,deployments, planning, CI/CD implementation,infrastructure setup, Migration of on premises infrastructure to Azure cloud and release management
• Handled deployments of 5GI projects on azure cloud.
• Handled end to end migration for ILB and OMDS project from on prem side.
• for OMDS (on-prem to cloud migration) worked on starting phase of infrastructure setup ISBUS onboarding,topic creation through edactl and event portal . Worked with development team ,testing team on terraform changes and pipeline run .
• Involved on GI upgrade activities for prod and non prod environments .
• End to end Experience in change management and incident management operations like scheduling change requests,preparing and reviewing deployment implementation plans .

ATT Mobility LTE Mediation :

• Worked in mediation project of critical billing system which is a part of largest telecom provider in USA which serves more than 1 billion customers
• Mediation is the process of collecting and processing different data usage from network devices
• The usage is normalized, aggregated, correlated and processed before being passed to various business application (rating, billing)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• The core role is to keep the applications up 24/7 and to be in touch with administrators and users to help them and to resolve application-related issues.
• Production Support for Openet Telecom’s proprietary framework application (Mediation Data, Mediation Voice, Mediation VoIP, and Home Solutions)
• Involved actively in monitoring the application using tools like Netcool, Centops, gizmo
• I have handled multiple major deployments, change requests, FOFB, issues and outages and worked on multiples work requests.
