• Responsible for performing Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency Oversight for the funds trading within European Union as per Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) and Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities V (UCITS V) regulations
• Reviewing the Fee agreements of the fund and ensuring all parties have complied with the terms agreed.

Performing various Fund Accounting oversight functions such as –

- Cash flow Monitoring Oversight

- Cash reconciliation Oversight (Custody vs Fund Accounting)

- Stock reconciliation Oversight (Custody vs Fund Accounting)

• Investigating and reporting any breaks within the reconciliation to the concerned parties within the organization
• Reviewing the Fund Prospectus and ensuring Invest Managers have complied with all the terms set within the prospectus
• Performing Transfer Agency oversight functions such as Dealing Cash Flow Monitoring, Collection Account Reconciliation and Units In issue reconciliation.
• Identifying issues and reporting them to Depositary Managers of respective jurisdictions so the same can be escalated to regulators if required
• Providing on job trainings & assisting Analysts within the team.

• Diligently performed daily cash functions, Reconciliation including A/P and A/R tracking, payroll transactions, expense management and various reconciliations
• Coordinated month-end closing processes to ensure completion ahead of aggressive deadlines
• Drafted periodic profit and loss reports to analyse trends and project future changes
• Completed detailed reviews of accounts and bookkeeping records to verify compliance with standards
