-SAP is project management software tool which is now also providing cloud services
-This is my first project where I have worked in Data center environment and I handled transition for very first time for which I use to take sessions and handover from customers and prepare SOP,
inventory rack details and Handbook.
-Going through old tickets and check for the repeated issues and that can be resolved easily when it happen next time.
-Tools used here: CA spectrum, Splunk, HPNA, SPC, SNOW, SLACK, APIC, SISM
-For initial apart from technical stuff I worked as access manager also to help team with access of all tools and all the things that come with transition is handled by me in the team.
-As a part of regular work here I use to troubleshoot issues like CRC increasing, Bad link detected, Port channel is down, Chassis down, Device has stopped responding to polls, Rate of interface utilization. Also worked with field engineers to troubleshoot on layer 1 issues.
-I learned ACI also and worked on all the fault codes for the ACI
-Configuring customer VPN on router it can be addition / deletion of VPN or changing peer IP for the customer.

-The McClatchy Company is a traded American publishing company based in Sacramento,
California. It operates 30 daily newspapers in 15 states.
-Handling McClatchy mailbox which receives mail regarding tickets that has been logged and
other issues like Node down etc.
-Working on Service Now ticket tool, Cherwell , SolarWinds.
-Incident, Change and service level agreement.
-Taking care of SLA based on priority (P1, P2, P3).
-Provide 7x24x365 monitoring of network elements such as core routers, switches, wireless
controllers and access points and rea-time performance.
-Co-ordination of Incident, Change, and Trending Analysis with the third-party partners/vendors.
